Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Finz Group, Inc. (“Finz”, “we”) and the business that signs up (“you”). By using finzgroup.com or the Finz service, you accept them. If you sign an order form, the order form takes priority.
1. The service
Finz connects to your point of sale, delivery, payroll, banking and accounting systems. It reconciles and categorises transactions, reports cash, cost and margin by location, and routes items to the people you choose for approval.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older and authorised to bind your business. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at once about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for the actions of users you invite.
3. Approvals and your books
Finz posts entries and initiates payments only after an authorised user approves them. You remain responsible for your books, tax filings and financial decisions. Finz does not give tax, legal or investment advice and does not replace your CPA.
4. Fees
Fees are set out on the pricing page or your order form and are billed monthly in advance, per location. Fees are non-refundable except where these terms say otherwise. We will give you 30 days’ notice before any price change.
5. Your data
You own your data. You give Finz permission to use it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to connect the systems you link.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. That includes attempting to access other customers’ data, reverse engineering the service, disrupting it, or using it for anything unlawful.
7. Third-party systems
Connected systems are run by their own providers under their own terms. Finz is not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
8. Our property
Finz owns the service, software and brand. These terms do not transfer any of it to you. If you send feedback, we may use it without obligation.
9. Term and termination
Either party may end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. We may suspend access for non-payment or a serious breach. When the agreement ends, you can export your data for 90 days, after which we delete it.
10. Warranties
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, it is provided “as is”, without other warranties.
11. Limitation of liability
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits. Each party’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or a party’s indemnity obligations.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. We may update them and will tell account owners by email at least 30 days before a material change. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
